Command and Control of Armed Forces and Means of Combat in a Unified Information Space During a War of Attrition

Abstract

The main provisions of foreign concepts of network-centric warfare are examined, in which command and control of armed forces and means of combat are carried out within a unified information space. The specific features of using forces and means of armed combat during a war of attrition are outlined. Recommendations are offered regarding the formation of a unified information space and the management of forces and means of armed combat in the context of a war of attrition.
