АНОТАЦІЯ

Розглянуто особливості використання в цифрових пристроях модульних кодів з підсу­мовуванням Боуза—Ліна, а саме коду з підсумовуванням по модулю М = 4, який має два контрольних розряди і чотири різних контрольних вектора, що полегшує його використання при створенні самоконтрольованої схеми вбудованого контролю. Описано струк­турні схеми організування контролю методом логічного доповнення до модульного коду з підсумовуванням, що розглядається. Наведено приклади синтезу схем контролю мето­дом логічного доповнення. Визначено обмеження, які накладаються на процедуру син­тезу схеми контролю, та сформовано алгоритм синтезу самоконтрольованої схеми вбу­дованого контролю методом логічного доповнення до коду з підсумовуванням по мо­дулю М = 4.
