ABSTRACT
Different approaches to cognitive analysis of information and cognitive modeling are analyzed. The semantic model of the domain is considered, which formalizes the formulation of the problem of cognitive analysis of environmental information. The main stages of organization and expansion of the environmental knowledge base are outlined. Special scales for the analysis of the stability of urbanized areas are proposed.
