ABSTRACT

The current problem of a lack of formalized engineering approaches to designing scenarios for cooperative learning in virtual 3D environments has been solved. A comprehensive approach to design has been proposed that systematically integrates the classic ADDIE pedagogical design model and the developed formal role interaction model (RIM). The RIM model allows for a mathematically accurate description of teamwork by defining the roles of participants, their actions, and a key element-synchronization points that formalize the dependencies between actions. Within the framework of the proposed approach, five stages of the scenario creation life cycle are described in detail: from the analysis of the production task to implementation and evaluation. The theoretical provisions and practical applicability of this approach are demonstrated in detail using a cross-cutting example of designing a scenario for the joint maintenance of industrial equipment.
